This Agreement serves as a binding contractual framework between Fexorio and all individual users who access, browse, and utilize the App's core and auxiliary functions. By opening and using the Fexorio App, you confirm that you have fully read, clearly understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms stipulated in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using our App immediately.
Fexorio is a lightweight and minimalistic image-to-video conversion tool dedicated to providing users with convenient, fast, and zero-threshold video production services. The core functions of the App include:
All core functions are designed for daily personal creation and sharing scenarios. The App adopts a no-account usage mode, allowing all users to experience and use functional services directly without registration, login, or identity authentication. We provide these services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to ensure a simple and efficient user experience.
Users who use the Fexorio App must be natural persons with independent civil capacity. Minors shall use this App under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, and any consumption and operation behavior of minors shall be deemed to be confirmed and recognized by their guardians. You agree that you will use our services only for legal, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You shall not use the App's functions for any illegal, infringing, disruptive, or improper behaviors that violate public order and good customs.
We strictly protect user privacy throughout the service process: The App does not collect any user facial information during all usage processes, and the App will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI services in any scenario.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your use of the service if you violate the above specifications.
All images uploaded independently by users and all video works generated by users through the Fexorio App are fully owned by the users themselves. The App does not obtain any ownership, usage right or commercial authorization of user original content. All user uploaded materials and generated videos are stored only in the local storage space of the user's personal device. The App background will not actively read, call, back up, upload or retain any user local content.
Users have full independent control rights over all personal creation content, and can delete, clean up and manage local files at any time according to personal needs. After the user deletes local content, the relevant data will be completely cleared without any background residual records.
All intellectual property rights of the Fexorio App are exclusively owned by us, including but not limited to:
All the above resources are protected by relevant intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. Users are only granted a limited, non-commercial, non-transferable personal usage right during the use of the App. No user shall copy, reproduce, modify, disseminate, sell, lease or commercially use the App's exclusive resources and functions without our written official authorization.
We will regularly carry out App version iteration, function optimization, bug repair, template resource update and system maintenance work, so as to continuously improve user usage experience and service stability. During the implementation of maintenance, upgrade and optimization operations, partial functions of the App may be temporarily unavailable or interrupted. We will try our best to reduce the impact on user use, but we do not undertake any liability for temporary service interruption or function failure caused by routine maintenance and technical upgrades. We reserve the right to adjust, optimize or upgrade existing service functions according to product operation needs.
Fexorio provides users with personal video production tools for daily entertainment and sharing. We do not assume any liability for content authenticity, legality and compliance of user uploaded images, custom text and generated videos, and all responsibilities arising from user self-created content shall be borne by the user independently. We are not liable for any functional abnormality or usage failure caused by user's improper operation, non-official modification, device system failure and other non-self reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by relevant rules, we shall not be liable for any indirect loss, accidental loss and benefit loss caused by the use of this App.
Users can stop using the Fexorio App at any time voluntarily. We reserve the right to permanently or temporarily terminate or restrict your access to all App functions if you violate the provisions of this Agreement, engage in illegal and improper use behaviors, or bring adverse effects to the normal operation of the App. After the service is terminated, the user shall immediately stop using all App services and functions, and we will no longer provide any technical support and service guarantee for the user.
We reserve the right to revise and update the terms of this User Agreement appropriately according to product iteration and operation requirements. The revised agreement terms will be officially released on the App interface and take effect immediately after release. Your continued use of the App after the update of the agreement is deemed to be your full acceptance of the latest revised terms. If any individual term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
