This Subscription Agreement is a binding service agreement between Fexorio and all users who purchase membership subscription services. This agreement specifically defines the service rules, membership rights, payment rules, and relevant terms for the Fexorio App's paid subscription membership services. By purchasing, activating, or using any subscription membership service of the App, you fully confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. The App does not collect any user facial information during all subscription service processes, and the App will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI services.
Fexorio provides users with paid membership subscription services based on in-app virtual gold coins. Different subscription packages correspond to different fixed gold coin quotas. Unlike scattered in-app gold coin purchases, the core advantage of subscription membership services is cost performance. The gold coins obtained through official subscription packages are more price-friendly and cost-effective than purchasing gold coins individually in the App, allowing users to obtain more virtual resources with lower consumption.
All subscription services are optional paid functions, and users can freely choose whether to purchase according to their personal usage needs, without any mandatory consumption rules.
After users successfully complete the payment of the corresponding subscription package, the App will immediately and one-time issue the full amount of matching gold coins to the user's local virtual account. There is no delayed distribution, phased issuance, or conditional activation for subscription gold coins. All gold coin rights corresponding to the subscribed package will be fully credited to the user's available account at the moment of successful payment.

All subscription package prices of Fexorio are clearly displayed on the App's subscription purchase page. The marked prices are the final actual payment amount for users, without any hidden fees, additional service fees, or hidden consumption items. We will adjust the package content and preferential price of subscription services appropriately according to product operation iterations, and the latest preferential rules and price standards shall be subject to the content displayed on the official purchase page at the time of the user's purchase. All successful subscription payments are deemed to be voluntary independent consumption behavior of users after fully recognizing the price and rights of the package.
Fexorio's subscription membership services do not enable automatic renewal by default, and we will not deduct fees automatically without the user's explicit authorization. All subscription services are one-time purchase valid services. After the user purchases and completes the gold coin issuance, the corresponding subscription service cycle ends automatically, and there will be no subsequent recurring payment, automatic deduction or service renewal behavior. Users do not need to manually cancel the automatic renewal service, which effectively avoids unexpected consumption risks.
Users shall use the subscription membership rights and obtain gold coins in accordance with the official rules of the Fexorio App. It is forbidden for users to use subscription privileges and virtual gold coins for the following behaviors:

If any abnormal operation or violation of usage specifications is found, we reserve the right to restrict part of the membership functions or recover abnormal gold coin gains. We always adhere to strict user privacy protection standards throughout the service process. The App does not collect any user facial information in subscription verification and service supervision, and the App will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI services.
We reserve the right to optimize and adjust the subscription package content, gold coin quota, preferential intensity and member privileged functions according to product operation and market adjustment. The adjusted subscription service rules will take effect after being officially displayed and updated on the App's subscription page. The adjustment of new packages and new rules will not affect the membership rights and gold coin benefits that users have already purchased and obtained, and the rights and interests of completed one-time subscription purchases will be fully retained and valid normally.
Since the subscription membership service is a one-time virtual resource service, and the subscription gold coins will be issued to the user's account in real time after successful payment, which belongs to the consumed virtual digital resource, after the user completes the subscription payment and obtains the gold coin rights, no refund application will be accepted in principle. Please carefully confirm the package content and price before purchasing the subscription to ensure independent and voluntary consumption.
